The Fisher family had a fun weekend planned at Flaming Gorge. Todd and I drove to the Flaming Gorge campground Wednesday evening and enjoyed the lovely scenery.
Thursday morning, we took the dirt roads to find Matt Warner reservoir for some fishing, picnicking, and floating around the lake. We used the rafts to float around on the lake, trying our luck fishing, and relaxing. We pretty much had the lake to ourselves.
Jill and I enjoyed relaxing as we floated on the lake as the men fished and paddled.
We blame the lack of catching fish on the fun time the boys had throwing rocks in the lake.
But still had a nice time there.
In the afternoon, we played croquet with the crew.
After a yummy dutch oven dinner made by Chris and Susan, we played basketball with the nieces and nephews.
