Off to Shop

I took the day off to enjoy seeing my dad and mom in town. We enjoyed a nice breakfast and then headed off to shop. We found a wonderful dark gray suit with a small blue pin stripe suit for my dad as well as two pairs of shoes, two pair of slacks, a belt, and a rain jacket. He is ready for England now! Afterwards, we picked up pies due to Gram's request, stopped at the bank due to Gordon's request, and headed to Chuck-a-Rama due to Gram's request. Grams must had been inspired to go eat there, because guess who we saw! Look in the background to see who it is!

Great West Tournament

Last week, UVU hosted the Great West Tournament for Men's and Women's basketball. I think they should have called it Todd's Great Tournament. I was able to go to at least one game a day, Wednesday through Saturday. I was so impressed. Todd coordinated when teams practiced, had shoot arounds, the refs, the scoreboard, shot clock, locker rooms, problems, pretty much everything that is the foundation of the tournament. He did a remarkable job with the stress of managing teams, games, time constraints, etc. Way to go Todd!

Drinks on St. Patties Day

I went to spend St. Patricks Day with Grandma. We went to KFC for dinner. We enjoyed the chicken, shakes, and root beer.

We had a good ole time with our drinks!

David's Birthday

Feb 19th was David's birthday. It was a joy to celebrate it with him. We went to Applebee's to eat, got some ice cream, and enjoyed a movie. Plus, we got him some running shoes. I think the ice cream was his favorite part.

If you give a grandma chocolate pudding...

A few weeks ago, I visited Grandma Fuller. I wanted to take her something special---flowers, balloons, etc. She had already gotten all of those things. So I took her something a little more unique and special. Something that would light up her face---chocolate pudding. (A few months earlier, when we ate at a buffet, all she wanted from the dessert bar was the chocolate pudding. So I knew that had to be one of her favorites.) After she ate her lunch, we both had a pudding. So if you give grandma chocolate pudding...you get a smile and a mmmmm.

A Home = Pictures on a Wall

The other day, David, my brother came over. He made a comment about when there are pictures on the wall, it makes it feel that it is a real home. (not a college dorm/apartment) I was so excited to get our wedding pictures, frame them, and hang them up. It has been a while, but I had a few requests to see them, plus some catching up on the blogging. So enjoy the pictures.
